These terms apply to wispy.cc, the Wispy Community and the Wispy Console early access program. They are set by Hausor Labs, based in Nairobi, Kenya.

By joining, you accept these terms.

Invites are not guaranteed.

Early-access software is pre-release. It may change, break or be withdrawn. It is provided “as is”, without warranties.

Give us accurate details. Do not:

• Abuse or spam the service or the community.
• Reverse engineer Wispy for malicious purposes.
• Use Wispy for anything illegal.
• Harass anyone in the community.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.

If you share ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Wispy without owing you anything.

Wispy, the Wispy name, the mascot and the software belong to Hausor Labs. Open-source parts follow their own licenses.

Please do not publicly share unreleased features marked as confidential.

To the extent the law allows, Hausor Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. For free early access, that is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can leave at any time by emailing us or unsubscribing. We may end the program or your access.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The courts of Nairobi handle any disputes.

When we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top. For questions, email brian@hausorlabs.tech.
